ProjectQ collects account, workspace, project, billing, and usage information needed to provide the service. We do not sell customer data.

We collect profile details, workspace membership records, project and task content, billing identifiers, audit events, and support messages submitted by users.

How we use information

We use information to operate ProjectQ, enforce plan limits, support billing, protect the service, respond to support requests, and improve product quality.

Future AI features

AI agents are not required for the MVP. Future AI features should be user-controlled, workspace-scoped, auditable, and permission-aware.

Data retention

Workspace data is retained while the account is active unless deletion is requested or required by law. Audit and billing records may be retained for compliance.
