ProjectQ terms.

These terms govern use of ProjectQ, a SaaS project command center for workspaces, projects, tasks, priorities, billing, and admin controls.

Accounts and workspaces

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access credentials. Workspace owners control team access and billing settings.

Plans and billing

Plan limits are based primarily on active projects and collaborators. Only active projects count against active project limits.

Acceptable use

Users may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use ProjectQ to violate laws or third-party rights.

Future agents

Future agent features may suggest actions, drafts, or summaries. High-risk actions require human approval.

Disclaimers

ProjectQ is provided as-is during early MVP development. Production deployments should add finalized legal review, billing terms, and data processing terms.
